Summers in Bodrum are busy for locals and visitors. Guests, boats, restaurants, and late nights can disrupt sleep and feeding. The goal is not to cancel the holiday — it is to include your pet in the plan.
If they travel with you: pack the vaccine booklet, food, meds, carrier, and a familiar blanket. Time car and boat breaks around shade in the heat.
If they stay home: arrange a reliable sitter, written food amounts, emergency contacts (including Pawspital), and microchip details. “A neighbor will check in” sometimes works — make it explicit.
In new environments, mild diarrhea, quiet appetite, or hiding can last a few days. If it persists or vomiting / lethargy appear, contact the clinic.
