Coming for the first visit: a short checklist

The first visit is a get-to-know-you day. A few documents and a comfortable carrier setup are usually enough.

You do not need a perfect preparation for the first clinic visit. This list simply makes things smoother — if something is missing, we will work with what you have.

If available, bring the vaccine booklet or prior clinic notes, recent test results, and a list of medications or supplements. You can also send photos via WhatsApp if you forgot something at home.

A carrier for cats and small dogs, or a secure leash for larger dogs, helps. A familiar blanket can ease waiting time. Follow any fasting instructions we gave you; otherwise stick to the usual routine.

Call or WhatsApp us for an appointment. We do not offer online booking; we reply based on availability. Prefer a phone call in emergencies.

Once you arrive, we aim for a calm pace. Ask anything — clear, sincere explanations matter to us at Pawspital. We look forward to welcoming you and your pet.
