Vaccine timing depends on age, species and lifestyle. There is no single date for everyone. At Turgutreis Pawspital we assess first, then write a plan for your pet.
Puppy, kitten and annual vaccines
For a newly adopted puppy or kitten, the first visit is to see general health before starting vaccines. The schedule is personalised as maternal protection wanes. Bring the booklet if doses were already given.
Adult boosters and annual checks are easy to postpone in a busy Bodrum summer. Check the booklet and message us on WhatsApp.
Preventive care in Bodrum
Parks, gardens and coastal walks increase in summer. Parasite prevention is often discussed alongside vaccines; do not copy a neighbour’s product.
Visitors should bring the vaccine booklet and an EU pet passport if they have one. English is available.

- No. Needs and products vary after a check / booklet review. Message WhatsApp or call and we will explain the options.
- Can my puppy go out before vaccines?
- Wait for your veterinarian’s advice before busy parks and streets. This page is general; the decision for your puppy is made at the exam.
- We lost the booklet — can you still vaccinate?
- Yes, after an assessment. Prior clinic notes or photos help if you have them.
