Before you travel
Call first if you can — we will advise on crowding and how to transport your pet. A carrier, leash and a photo of a suspected toxin help.

- No. We are open every day 09:00 – 23:00. If it is life-threatening outside hours, go to the nearest 24/7 veterinarian.
- Can I walk in without booking?
- If it feels urgent, call first. We will direct you if we can help; sending you to the right place can be safer than waiting.
- Can I come from Gümbet or Bitez?
- The clinic is in Turgutreis. Travel time depends on traffic; we do not quote minutes. Call first and use a maps app for a live route.
