The clinic is in Bahçelievler, Turgutreis. Urgent visits from Bodrum, Gümbet, Bitez, Gümüşlük and nearby are assessed during hours; there is no branch in those areas.

Pawspital is not an overnight emergency hospital. Between 09:00 and 23:00 every day, call or WhatsApp first if the signs look sudden or severe — we will say whether we can help right then. If you cannot reach us outside hours, go to the nearest clinic that is open; we try to help with directions.
When should you call us?
Call us for breathing difficulty, collapse, uncontrolled bleeding, trauma, repeated vomiting, possible poisoning, persistent straining, a swollen abdomen or marked lethargy. This is not a full diagnosis list — if unsure, write to us.
Heatstroke is a summer issue in Bodrum: never leave pets in cars; use shade and water. For severe signs, call us during hours; if you cannot reach us, go to the nearest clinic that is open.
Before you travel
Call first if you can — we will advise on crowding and how to transport your pet. A carrier, leash and a photo of a suspected toxin help.

- If signs look sudden or severe, call first. We will direct you if we can help; sending you to the right place can be clearer than waiting.

- The clinic is in Turgutreis. Travel time depends on traffic; we do not quote minutes. Call first and use a maps app for a live route.
