What to bring to your first appointment
The first visit is a get-to-know-you day. You do not need perfect preparation — this checklist simply makes things smoother. If something is missing, we will work with what you have.
Helpful to bring
- Vaccine booklet or prior clinic notes, if available
- Recent lab / imaging results, if any
- List of medications, food, or supplements
- Carrier for cats / small dogs; secure leash for larger dogs
- A familiar blanket for waiting time
Quick tips
- WhatsApp or phone is enough to book — no mandatory online form.
- Follow any fasting instructions we gave you; otherwise stick to the usual routine.
- Forgot a paper? Send a photo on WhatsApp.
- If it feels urgent, call first. We are open every day, 09:00 – 23:00.
